马来西亚吉兰丹大学（简称UMK），是马来西亚第十九个公立大学，在2006年6月14日由当届政府内阁在坐落于马来西亚半岛的吉兰丹州建立。UMK校训是“创业精神既是办学要旨”，旨在培养具有创业精神的学生，促进和协助改善社会创业环境，注重学术成果转化，是具有创新和实践精神的公立大学。UMK自成立以来，一直被认为是一所充满期待且独树一帜的创业型大学。
Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) is the nineteenth public university in Malaysia. It was established on June 14, 2006 by the current government cabinet in Kelantan, Peninsular Malaysia. The UMK motto is “Entrepreneurship is the key to running a school”. It aims to train students with entrepreneurial spirit, promote and assist in improving the social entrepreneurial environment, and focus on the transformation of academic results. Since its establishment, UMK has been regarded as a highly anticipated and unique entrepreneurial university.

为期两周的课题及写作研讨会，其他时间与导师见面做论文指导，中文助教全程辅助。 A two-week project and writing seminar. Other times, meet with the tutor to guide thesis, and the Chinese teaching assistant assists the whole process. 每年赴马来西亚参加面授指导 2 次，每次指导停留时间不低于 1 个月 。 Go to Malaysia to participate in face-to-face coaching twice a year, with each coach staying for at least 1 month. |

1、拥有 UMK 认可的高等教育机构或得到大学评议会批准的同等机构获取的硕士学位（CGPA>2.75）； A master's degree obtained from a UMK-accredited higher education institution or an equivalent institution approved by the University Council (CGPA> 2.75); 2、具备其他资格的申请人，只要具备适当的研究经验，并能证明具有同等学历水平的，亦可考虑入学； Applicants with other qualifications may also be considered for admission as long as they have appropriate research experience and can prove that they have the same academic qualifications; 3、指定英文水平考试成绩。 Specify English proficiency test scores. |

▉【评估标准 / Evaluation Criteria】
每位博士学位申请者必须在其申请期内，在大学内外的研讨会/讨论会/座谈会/讲座，至少发表两次研究报告，论文则需不少于80，000字（英文），须通过论文答辩（中英文均可）。
Each PhD applicant must publish at least two research reports in seminars / discussions / symposiums / lectures inside and outside the university during his / her application period. The thesis must be no less than 80,000 words (English). Defend thesis (both in Chinese and English).
